    All-In Exercise-a-Thon

    American Baptist Women’s Ministries is launching an exercise-a-thon to build connection and togetherness, help our sisters maintain their temples, and fundraise for ABWM’s 70th Birthday Campaign. Women and girls are invited to join sisters from across the country and around the world in movement.

    Activities may include (based on individuals’ mobility):
    • Lap Swimming
    • Running/Jogging
    • Walking
    • Leg Lifts
    • Jump Roping
    • Squats
    • Sit-Ups
    • Pull-Ups
    • Walking Lunges 
    • Bicycling
    • Crunches
    • Yoga
    • Basketball
    • Softball
    • Weightlifting
    • Boxing
    • Dance
    • Zumba
    • Chaired exercises


    Participation Fees
    Participation Fee: $400 for Individuals or $1,000 for a team of three (3) women. Click here to register.

    Healthy Tips
    Healthy Tips each participant should remember on a regular basis:
    • Mask(s) should be worn at all times when subject to come in contact with persons outside your home.
    • Distance yourself at least 6 feet from others while exercising.
    • Isolate and/or quarantine yourself when recommended by your medical provider or the CDC guidelines.
    • Wear clothes or footwear that are comfortable and appropriate for the specific exercise you choose.
    • Drink water and/or other beverages to stay hydrated when active.
    • Make sure snacks are accessible, especially for Diabetics.
    • Have a telephone that is easily available, in case of illness or an accident.
