You’re a leader because God set you apart to lead. What does the Bible say about spiritual strength? Biblical leaders must find strength in God. Compound the weight of leadership with the opportunity to spread the word of Christ. How are you fulfilling the Command in 1 Peter 4:10?
Speaker: Jessie Bandaru
Ms. Jessie Bandaru works as Director of Dietary in the healthcare and hospitality industry. She is a member of First Baptist Church in Piscataway, New Jersey, where she serves as a deacon and on the church leadership committee. She is involved in the church choir singing and leads the Wednesday prayer group. She just started her study for MDiv at New Brunswick Theological Seminary. She participates in activities with the American Baptist Women’s Ministries. She loves to cook, travel and serve people. She firmly believes that hospitality did not just wait till someone asked for a cup of water. Hospitality is seeking how to meet needs before the need was apparent, just as Jesus’s words in Matthew 25:35-36 give us examples of how to live out hospitality.
