Instructor Cait of BRWL will lead you in one of our most popular class formats.Thirty-minutes of shadow-boxing will be combined with high-intensity, strength-building moves, all to the beat of the music. She will follow that up with 15 minutes of yoga-inspired stretching. All you need is a yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water. Bare feet are welcome.

BRWL is located in the Valley Arts District of Orange, New Jersey, an area that is undergoing revitalization after years of decay. BRWL strives to support this revitalization by filling a need in the existing community and creating a space that will attract people from outside of the community. We believe (and science proves) that fitness can impact not only physical health but mental health. BRWL seeks to cultivate a spirit of camaraderie and community where everyone feels included regardless of their fitness level.
