"Can I Really Get It All Done?"
Webinar Recording
Experiencing painful burnout in her volunteer life sent Sandy Hasenauer down a path of learning how to be more effective with her time and energy. She now enjoys sharing what she's learned about managing her expectations, her energy, her priorities, and her time with women of all ages, because the struggle is real! Women of faith can be particularly susceptible to burnout as we seek to follow God's call to service; but God also wants us to be healthy. Taking care of yourself means taking a good, hard look at your calendar and your task lists. In this webinar recording, Sandy will help you address these four categories in your own life: managing your expectations, managing your energy, managing your priorities, and managing your tasks.
