You've heard of "sister cities," or "sister churches," before? Why not have a "sister women's/girls' ministry group?" Different from sister cities or sister churches which tend to be from places far distant from one another, though, develop a sister-group relationship with another church closer by, so that you can actually get together in person for ministry and recreational events. Find a group that is different from yours in some significant way: rural and urban, different racial/ethnic churches, different average age, and so forth. Don't pretend those differences don't exist but, rather, learn from one another and leverage your differences for more effective ministry together.
Begin with a day-long retreat with the two groups, including plenty of ice-breakers, mixers, and deeper get-to-know one-another activities. Then plan together how you'd like to proceed. Perhaps the two groups would like to work on mission projects together, or do Bible study half-day retreats two or three times a year. Be sure, however, that your relationship isn't primarily task-oriented, but, rather, people-oriented. Make sure you're building relationships every time you're together.
