Honor Remarkable Women Through a Memorial Gift During Our 2025 Telethon Fundraiser

Throughout our lives, certain women leave an indelible mark—whether they are family members, mentors, or leaders within our communities. Their wisdom, compassion, and achievements shape us in profound ways, and their legacies deserve to be celebrated.

Create a Lasting Tribute

A Memorial Gift offers a meaningful way to honor these influential women. By supporting causes or organizations that reflect their values, you not only commemorate their legacy but also ensure their impact continues for future generations.

Your contribution becomes a testament to their strength, dedication, and the love they shared. Each gift supports the mission of the Telethon Fundraiser, “Building God’s Community One Step at a Time,” helping women unite in faith, service, and empowerment.

Inspired by Stories of Legacy

Here are a few examples of how others are paying tribute:

Rev. Dr. Christine Smith, Director of the Rudd Empowerment Center, honors her mother, Patricia Helena Garraway Small, a concert violinist and a strong woman of faith who taught her who God is, how to pray, and the importance of having compassion, being respectful, and persevering.
Lovena Van Haaften, ABWM Board President, celebrates her mother, Marjorie Franklin, who worked tirelessly to build community and missions through “Ladies Aid” and encouraging her to always do her best.

Crystal Newton remembers Audrey Fong, her mentor, advisor, and friend, who dedicated her life to service, including leading as ABWM of the West’s President.
These stories remind us of the countless ways women contribute to our lives and communities. A Memorial Gift transforms their influence into continued acts of love and service.

How You Can Participate

Whether you’re honoring your mother, grandmother, teacher, or a guide who shaped your life, this is your opportunity to give back and create an enduring legacy.
