National Prayer Call

Join us every fourth Tuesday of the Month.
Live on Zoom

In 2 Chronicles 7:11-22, following the completion of the temple. King Solomon appeals to the Lord on behalf of Israel as they honor God through worship, praise, and obedience. Many are familiar with God’s response in verse 14: “…if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

The people are called to do 4 things: humble themselves, pray, seek God, and repent. God will hear from heaven, forgive sin, and heal the land.  God’s eyes will be open, ears attentive so that God will dwell there forever.

In Acts 4:23-31, the people prayed together. They clamored on one accord acknowledging the majestic work of God from the works of nature to the deliverance that happened under God’s mighty hand.  In faith, they believed with all their heart that they appealed to the Lord and asked for the Lord to enable them to speak words in accordance with the Holy Spirit with boldness. In response to their request, their meeting place was shaken, they were filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of the Lord boldly.

As believers, we must be intentional about having a space to open our hearts to our Lord. We must come before the throne to communicate with our Lord. God calls the church together to be unified and to pray without ceasing. Our prayer call is a place where you can bring your prayer requests, intercede on behalf of others, share praise reports and testimonies of God’s faithfulness. All women are welcome to join us.
